Equestrian Body FEI Appoints Generate Sponsorship

Generate Sponsorship has been appointed by the Fédération Equestre Internationale (FEI), the international governing body for equestrian sport, to promote the Meydan FEI Nations Cup 2010.
The Meydan FEI Nations Cup is an international show jumping competition featuring the ten best national teams in the world competing at the best venues throughout Europe.
Following a competitive pitch, Generate will be responsible for developing and implementing an international PR campaign to raise awareness of the Nations Cup and equestrian sport across key global markets.
Richard Johnson, FEI Director of Corporate Communications, said: “Generate demonstrated a good understanding of our objectives and proposed exciting creative ideas to build our profile globally.  We’re looking forward to working with them to promote the FEI Meydan Nations Cup and to showcase the sport of show jumping to new audiences around the world.”
 Rupert Pratt, Managing Director at Generate Sponsorship added: “The Meydan FEI Nations Cup is a great property and we’re looking forward to using our international PR experience to promote equestrian sport as well as Meydan’s new iconic equestrian city in Dubai.”
The FEI Meydan Nations Cup 2010 starts in La Baule, France on 14th May.

New Event Division for Generate

Specialist sponsorship agency Generate has launched a dedicated events division, Generate Events, with newly-appointed Sam Moqbel at its helm.  His brief is to add another dimension to Generate’s existing sponsorship and activation offering by delivering strategic and engaging events solutions for brands.
Sam Moqbel has over ten years award-winning experience in the creation, production and execution of large and small events internationally.  Commenting on the new development, Rupert Pratt, Generate’s Managing Director, said:  “Having created the highly successful Drambuie Pursuit and Sanex Beach Soccer Events, creating a dedicated events division was the natural next step for us.”
